About the Workshop

The workshop provides a unique, FUN, and therapeutic environment for your child to explore strengths, learn tools to improve focus, and reduce stress in a safe, supportive environment. Centered around a Woodland Creatures theme, mindfulness, children's yoga, grounding and more will be some of the tools shared and explored.
